Additional Users - Concurrent
First, you must have a 1 user base license. Then add additional users.

Additional users refers to concurrent users running Xpert at the same time and accessing data on a server. For example, you can have a 2 user license yet install Xpert on 5 computers. Up to 2 users may run at any one time from any computer.

Select the # of concurrent users.

If your computers are not networked (standalone) then each computer running Xpert will need an additional user license.

The Checkbook Xpert is fast and easy check entry and printing programs which updates the G/L and Bank transaction file.

Accountants acting as service bureaus may add a MICR option which prints the bank information on blank stock checks.

Business may use the Checkbook Xpert to print checks for 1-time vendors bypassing accounts payable, with all detail activity maintained.

MICR Option - For Check Printing (included with AP or Checkbook Xpert)
The MICR option for check printing allows printing on blank stock checks, the special bank characters for the routing number, account number and check number. Usually, a magnetic ink cartridge is required.
