When you click on the Xpert Financials / Xpert Write-up download link, SAVE the file to your computer.
After SAVING this file, you can Run (Open) it on each computer running Xpert. It is not necessary to install it to the Server if you are running a network.
Network users might want to save the downloaded file to a common area on the server so individual computer users can access the installation. When the user finds the file on the server, they may double click to run it; tell the system to install it to their local drive, usually ‘C:”

Xpert Financials and Xpert Write-up V.7.6.4-N7 has been previously shipped and may also be downloaded. This is an all inclusive update and includes all previous updates. This update assumes you have previously installed the complete Xpert System and is for existing users only.
This update includes the following changes. (2007).
· W2, 1098 and W3 Form Changes. Uses new laser module .
· Form 940 and 944 updated for 2007 in Client Write-up and Active Payroll
· New: Trial Balance Entry Program
· Updated: NY45 Form Changes. Updated mail to field.
· New: Texas Unemployment. Add electronic filing options.
· Journal Entry: Auto Decimal option added to Payroll Entries
· Financials and Schedules: Centering Option has been added for Title Accounts. Ex; Assets, Liabilities & Equity
· Financials and Schedules: Decimal Point for negative (111.22) now exactly aligns correctly.
· Schedule Financials: Up to 20 Multiple 100% accounts available for Schedules Financials.
· Schedule Financials: Text printing has been added back to support older printers and fonts.
· Memo Printing: Added back to Listings.
· Florida UCT-6: Switch from MMREF electronic filing to new XML format.
· Texas and other States: Automatically removing zero employees at print time.
· New security system which controls access to modules by users.
